What does a snowy owl do? It swoops down and nabs rodents. So, we have a neat ice spell where a Snowy Owl swoops down and steals all charms from enemies, gives them to you. It has to be kinda expensive because potentially that could be a powerful spell if timed just right in a fight. This would be a cool PVP spell as well.
