This is just me, but I have always hated the 3-pip spell Balance wizards get at Level 10, called Locust Swarm. I don't like the animation, and I don't like how really, really weak it is. So, here is my replacement for it. The damage has been increased ever so slightly (plus 10 on the bottom end, and plus 5 on the high end) and the animation should be totally rocking! Plus, its an Egyptian-styled, kinda mythical, creature to keep with the desert/Krokotopia theme of Balance.
